Joyce Valencia has a Doctorate degree in Education specializing in Adult Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. Her Master’s Degree from American InterContinental Online University is in Curriculum Design and Technology. Joyce is also a Certified Success Coach and Certified Fulfillment Coach who works with her clients in a  powerful relationship in which the client and the Success/Fulfillment Coach partner to work on goal attainment, meaningful and satisfying work through finding life’s purpose, finding success and fulfillment in the client's life. Joyce works with her client using a combination of coaching methods that include conversation, Socratic questioning methodology, goal setting, accountability, and motivational techniques, the Success/Fulfillment Coach supports the client to take full responsibility for establishing a fulfilling life.

On a personal note, Joyce understands the daily challenges a single divorced parent faces in balancing work, home, and community. At an early, age Joyce’s twin boys were diagnosed with ADHD with impulsivity and Asperger’s Syndrome. Joyce knows the desperation and exhaustion parents feel when dealing with children with special learning disabilities. Joyce’s life experience has brought her to a place in life where she wants to coach others to move forward as they deal with the unexpected obstacles, finding their purpose in life and in goal attainment both professionally and personally.
